Terms & Conditions – The Builder Investor Refurbishment Masterclass

 

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings for The Builder Investor Refurbishment Masterclass. By booking, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Booking & Payment

 

1.1. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the masterclass.

1.2. Payment must be made via the methods specified on our website.( Alternative methods can be made available on requests) 

1.3. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received in full.

 

2. Cancellations & Refunds

 

2.1. If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email to greenwoodinfo@mail.com

2.2. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled masterclass will be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule to a future date dependant on availability.

2.3. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the masterclass are non-refundable due to the preparation and time allocated for your session. However, we may offer a reschedule at our discretion but not guaranteed .

2.4. If we have to cancel or reschedule the masterclass for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date or a full refund.

 

3. Rescheduling

 

3.1. You may request to reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

3.2. Requests to reschedule within 48 hours of the session will be considered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.

 

4. Course Content & Delivery

 

4.1. The masterclass is delivered either as a live online session or a in person 1 day event and will cover the topics outlined on our website.

4.2. We reserve the right to make updates or amendments to the course content at any time to ensure it remains relevant and up to date.

4.3. Any follow-up support, including the 30-day WhatsApp group access, is provided as a courtesy and may be subject to fair usage policies.

 

5. Liability & Disclaimer

 

5.1. The information provided in the masterclass is for educational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial or legal advice.

5.2. We do not accept liability for any decisions or actions taken based on the information provided during the masterclass.

5.3. We are not responsible for any technical issues or internet connectivity problems that may affect your ability to attend the session.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

6.1. All course materials, content, and recordings remain the intellectual property of The Builder Investor.

6.2. You may not record, distribute, or reproduce any part of the masterclass without prior written consent.

 

7. Conduct

 

7.1. We expect all participants to engage in a professional and respectful manner during the session.

7.2. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the session if they engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior, with no refund provided.
